Our coaches don’t act as brokers, buyer’s agents or real estate agents in this role, and they don’t take commission. Every coach has bought and sold property themselves. They’re here to be your sounding board and help you find the right licensed professional when you need one.

Why not just use AI or Google?
AI and Google are great places to start your research. We use them too.
But they shouldn't be the only thing you rely on. Information can be out of date, miss your local area or not fit your situation, and a big decision deserves more than a quick search.
Use AI to get across the basics, then use us as your sounding board. We'll help you check what you've found, ask the right questions, think things through and stay organised. When you need specific advice, we'll point you to the right professional.
The best results come from using both.
