About Stina
Hi, I'm Stina. I'm a mum of 2, property investor, compliance specialist, and content creator — and I genuinely love helping people make sense of complicated information.
My love of property started with a 5-day renovation on our first apartment with Cherie Barber. That experience showed me what was possible, and it sparked something I haven't stopped pursuing since. Over the years, I've bought and sold multiple properties, built a solid network of key people and mentors, and invested in my own education across property investing and business.
I'm on my own property journey now, diving deeper into property development, renovating, and building a portfolio that creates financial flexibility (what I call FLEX). I'm always on the hunt for a good deal and open to collaborations that make sense. The networks and knowledge I've built mean I can tap into real expertise and connect people with opportunities worth pursuing.
It started with me sharing what I was learning about property — not as an agent or broker trying to make a sale, but as someone genuinely navigating the process and wanting to help others do the same. My background in compliance and risk frameworks means I naturally bring structure to topics that can feel overwhelming. I started creating content for myself, but it's evolved into something bigger: Living Invested — a place where I help people ask better questions, understand the process, and feel more informed about the decisions they're making.
