Welcome to Living Invested. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of livinginvested.com.au and your purchase of any coaching package, digital guide, or content creation service from us (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our site or purchasing our Services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Living Invested provides property education, coaching packages, digital guides and checklists, and content creation services for Australian first home buyers, property investors, and property professionals. Our coaching and digital products are general education only and do not constitute financial, legal, credit, or tax advice — see our Disclaimer below.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through our third-party platforms (Podia and/or Squarespace) at the time of purchase.
Digital Products & Delivery
Digital guides, checklists, and templates are delivered electronically upon successful payment, typically via instant download or email delivery.
Refund Policy
Digital products (guides, checklists, templates): Due to the instant, downloadable nature of these products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. the product is faulty or not as described).
Coaching packages: All coaching package purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a scheduled session, we're happy to reschedule to another available time — please contact us as early as possible to arrange this. If you no longer wish to continue partway through a multi-session package, any unused sessions will be held as credit toward future Living Invested services rather than refunded.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Services to resell, redistribute, or reproduce our guides, templates, or coaching materials without our prior written permission, or for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on our site and within our products — including guides, templates, branding, and coaching materials — remains the intellectual property of Living Invested and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Living Invested is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, or from decisions made based on our coaching, guides, or content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
